Warranty and Product Quality
1. Manufacturer's Warranty
Every product The Simple State sells is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

2. Product Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives defective or malfunctions, we will offer a full 100% refund or replacement.
If You Receive a Damaged Item:
Inspect Packaging: Check the box immediately upon arrival. If you see any damage, write a note about it on the delivery receipt before signing.
Suspect Damage: If you cannot open the package right away but suspect damage inside, mark "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
Contact Us: Email photos of the damage to support@thesimplestate.com right away. This helps us quickly process your replacement or refund.
3. Warranty Limitations
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They typically do not cover:

5. Shipping and Labor
Shipping to Us: Sending the product back to us for evaluation is your responsibility.
Shipping Back to You: If a replacement or repair is approved, we or the manufacturer may handle the shipping of the new item back to you.
Labor: Standard warranties do not cover labor or installation costs.
6. Warranty Transfer
