2. Return Eligibility and Process
2.1 Eligibility (Change of Mind)
Customers in the United States can return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the exact same condition you got it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.
Proof: You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
2.2 Initiating a Return

Get Authorization: After we review your request, we will send you detailed return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label.
2.3 Shipping Your Return
Package Safely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
Use Our Label: Affix the prepaid shipping label we provided to the outside of the package.
Return Window: Ship the item within 7 days of getting the return authorization.
Cost: The Simple State covers the cost of return shipping.
3. Specific Return Situations
Change of Mind
- Action Required: Request within 30 days. Item must be like new.
- Resolution: Refund to the original payment method, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Defective or Damaged
- Action Required: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos of the damage.
- Resolution: Full refund or a replacement, and we cover all shipping costs.
Incorrect Product
- Action Required: Notify us immediately upon receipt.
- Resolution: We arrange the return of the wrong item (at our expense) and send the correct product.
Product Never Arrived
- Action Required: Contact us if the product is past the estimated delivery time.
- Resolution: We will investigate with the carrier. If lost, we offer a full refund or send a replacement.
Order Cancellation
- Action Required: Before Shipment: Contact us immediately. After Shipment: Follow the standard return process.
- Resolution: Full refund if not shipped. If shipped, a standard return is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or Personalized Products (made to your specifications).
- Perishable Goods (like food or magazines).
- Intimate or Sanitary Goods (like swimwear or personal care items) unless they are unopened and unused.
- Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.
5. Refunds and Processing
